A c-shaped part which can firmly grasp a bar or handle.
A minifigure's hand has the same inner dimensions as a clip and can grasp the same parts.
In addition to grasping Bars and Handles, a minifigure hand or clip can hold onto minifig accessories, as well as the side of a tile. (Most commonly a printed 1×2 or 2×2 tile.)
