Current Most Common LEGO Parts

This page shows the most common LEGO parts based on the assumption that you bought one of every set released in 2021-2025. This is a good way to approximate the most common parts currently being produced, and a good predictor of parts you may have in large quantities in your own collection. (For storage ideas, check out my LEGO Storage Guide.)

Parts sorted by the overall ranking for each part. This is a weighted scoring system that takes into account the number of pieces, the number of sets, and the number of unique colors.

Sets from 2026 are not included in the 'Current' rankings because many of this year's sets have not been released or inventoried yet — including them too early in the year could cause unpredictable rankings.
